Overview
Ńoi̋r Zakevü Nêōw was founded durring the early 15th century in spring of the year 1423, by False Spiders. The establishment of Ńoi̋r Zakevü Nêōw was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to False Spiders electing to pay people to resettle in Ńoi̋r Zakevü Nêōw.
Ńoi̋r Zakevü Nêōw was built using the conventions of Hobgoblin durring the early 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Ńoi̋r Zakevü Nêōw is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.
Ńoi̋r Zakevü Nêōw is buildings are grouped arround an odd layout of broad gravel streets, which seems to be based on an overlapping squair patern such that there are small squares at the cornor of every bigger square. Sometimes buildings exist in the smaller squaires, other times they are open spaces, or occupied by temporary structures. The town rests behind a thick wall made from clay bricks. The wall has all of the proper fortifications and is well made. Unfortuantly the nature of clay brick leaves it quite vulnerable to siege equipment, though the thickness of the wall lends it simmilar resistnace to a thinner hardrock wall. Ńoi̋r Zakevü Nêōw's millitarily questionable fortifications has sufferd soem light damage, reducing its function a little in some spots, but could almsot certainly preform as expected... Though some of the worse spots could lead to the loss of defenders lives if attackers identified the weaknesses ahead of time.
Ńoi̋r Zakevü Nêōw has the unmistakable air of a town on its last legs. Everything is a bit slipshod and ramshackle. Everyone is at work, or drinking. No one has anything in their eyes other than fear and despair. Whatever industry once fueled Ńoi̋r Zakevü Nêōw ’s existence has dried up and the town is drifting down the stream of history as it dries up. The locals seem to have responded to their slow downfall by recreating Ńoi̋r Zakevü Nêōw as one of the strictest places imaginable. Everyone’s actions are clearly directed by laws they keep in heart and mind at all times. Orderly byond order is a phrase which the town brings to mind.
